Coins are the main currency used in Minescape to buy almost every item and service available. They are obtained from killing most npc's, pickpocketing, selling goods to a general store, clue caskets, barrows chest, quests and alchemy.

- Contrary to popular belief, there is in fact no limit to the amount of coins you may have at one time.
- Coins may also be referred to as "GP" or generally "money" depending on the individual.
