Eagles' Peak is located in the far western-most part of the continent, just south of the Piscatoris Fishing Colony.
This location is extremely far away from the rest of the map, that the only quick way to access this area is through the use of a level 90 
magic spell: Teleport to Eagles' Peak or with the beacon teleport from the
Exploration skillcape.
