| 1-5 | Melon | Varrock Castle -344 / 70 / -667 | This spot is really good since there are 4 Melons right next to each other so you can farm them constantly.
After you have gotten full inventory you should drop all the Melons to get the most efficient xp rate. This should take around 2 minutes. |
| 5-12 | Flax | Seer's village -1818 / 70 / -527 | Here is one of the best flax spots as it is the closest to a bank.
It is possible to stand in one spot and AFK to full inventory. You should throw these away when you get a full inventory to get most efficient xp rate. This should take around 4 minutes. |
| 12-20 | Pumpkin | Varrock Castle -344 / 70 / -667 | Here is one of the best pumpkin spots.
There are enough Pumpkins close to each other so you don't have to wait until one of them is back. You should throw these always when you get full inventory to get most efficient xp rate. This should take around 15 minutes. |
| 20-30 | Strawberry | Next to Varrock's West Bank -513 / 69 / -518 | Strawberries are really nice at Varrock. In this spot, there's enough for you to max your xp per hour rate.
You should throw these out if you want the most efficient xp rate. This should take around 15 minutes. |
| 30-40 | Carrot | Next to Draynor's Flax Field -586 / 68 / -27 | First of all buy the Shears at this point. It will make it much faster.
The spot here is nice because there's enough carrots for the most efficient xp rate. Also, there's Farmer Shop near y where you can by Shears that you should use after you are level 30. Here I advise you to throw Carrots away as well. This should take around 40 minutes. |
| 40-50 | Beetroot | South of Varrock -296 / 72 / -228 | This place has enough beetroots for you to not run out of it.
Throw these away as well, as I've advised doing all the time before. This should take around 1 hour and 10 minutes. |

Apple | Grand Exchange -493 / 69 / -652 | This is the best spot for apples. Here you can just get apples and then bank them without walking at all.
To make this most efficient you should use Hoe at level 60. A good reason for going all the way to 99 with Apples is that you don't have to throw them. If you are sick of throwing stuff out, Apples are the way to go. This should take (if you go for 75) around 10 hours and 30 minutes. This should take (if you go for 99 with Apples) around 110 Hours. |
| 75-99 | Sugar | Sugar is found in many places near water. One such place is in Al Kharid. -175 / 63 / 408 | This is the last plant you can do for Farming.
The reason why we skipped Lemons is because you can get more xp per hour from Apples at GE. Doing Sugar from 75 to 99 is good if you don't mind throwing them away. Note that sugar is a bit faster than Apples at GE. This should take around 93 hours. Update: It is possible to get over 192k xp per hour with Sugar. It's done by dropping the sugar at the same second as you harvest next one. This makes 75-99 last around 67 hours if done all times. |
In total this should take around 106 hours (if you go for sugar after 75, and you do as efficiently as you can all the time).
Or in total this should take around 113 hours (if you only do Apples from 50 to 99, and you do as efficiently as you can all the time).
