The Gilded pickaxe is a tool that can be used to mine ore deposits all around MineScape and can only be obtained from Elite and Master clue scroll caskets.
It is a level 50 Pickaxe and despite not being on the mining skill tab, you can wield it at level 50 mining. It has the same power as a rune pickaxe so its only use would be for rich players showing their wealth.

Currently, this item has not been obtained in the Main game and has only been obtained in Leagues season 2.
