This guide contains all the best locations to gather, how much potions/inventories you have to make to get to the next one, how much of them you need if you gather the flowers yourself and how many flowers you can carry per inventory for each potion.
The quickest way to level Herblore is by brewing the highest level potion you can.
The best place to make potions is in the Grand Exchange, cause the potion stands are the closest to the bank, they are in each corner. And also gives you the chance to buy more flowers if needed.
There are 3 tiers of speed, power, defense and prayer potions, these are normal, super and extreme. Some of the later potions require these as part of their components, it can be advised to keep the potions you make for late-game Herblore training.
A useful tip: Press F before banking to switch the potion to your off hand so you won't drink it while trying to open your bank.
Don’t forget this list is made for normal xp if there is double xp, you will have to divide everything by 2.
Levels 1 – 5 Speed Potion []
At 12 xp a potion you'll have to brew 37 speed potions to reach lvl 5.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each), you’ll need 25 speed potions.

Levels 5 - 10 Power Potion[]
At 16 xp a potion you'll have to brew 52 power potions to reach lvl 10.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Crimson and 3 xp each Orchicada Blau), you’ll need 35 power potions.

Levels 10 - 20 Defence Potion[]
At 21 xp a potion you'll have to brew 153 defence potions to reach lvl 20.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Blancus, 3 xp each Orchicada Blau and 5 xp each Rosarius Poppus ), you’ll need 104 defence potions.

Levels 20 - 30 Prayer Potion[]
At 27 xp a potion you'll have to brew 282 prayer potions to reach lvl 30.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Tangio, 3 xp each Orchicada Blau and 8 xp each Azurus Aqua), you’ll need 190 prayer potions.

Levels 30 - 40 Super Speed Potion[]
At 37 xp a potion you'll have to brew 487 super speed potions to reach lvl 40.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Crimson, 2 xp each Talupia Blancus, 2 xp each Talupia Tangio and 12 xp each Necroti Busi), you’ll need 328 super speed potions.

Levels 40 - 45 Super Power Potion[]
At 45 xp a potion you'll have to brew 374 super power potions to reach lvl 45.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Crimson, 3 xp each Orchicada Blau and 17 xp each Alliuminati), you’ll need 241 super power potions.

Levels 45 - 55 Super Defence Potion[]
At 55 xp a potion you'll have to brew 1198 super defence potions to reach lvl 55.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Crimson, 3 xp each Orchicada Blau, 5 xp each Rosarius Poppus and 17 xp each Alliuminati), you’ll need 804 super defence potions.

Levels 55 - 69 Super Prayer Potion[]
At 68 xp a potion you'll have to brew 3948 super prayer potions to reach lvl 69.
If you gather the flowers (2 xp each Talupia Tangio, 3 xp each Orchicada Blau, 8 xp each Azurus Aqua, 12 xp each Necroti busi and 24 xp each Noilednad), you’ll need 2295 super prayer potions.

Levels 69 - 75 Dark Potion[]
At 90 xp a potion you'll have to brew 2893 dark potions to reach lvl 75.
If you gather the flowers (12 xp each Necroti busi, 17 xp each Alliuminati and 24 xp each Noilednad), you’ll need 1820 dark potions.

Levels 75 - 78 Extreme Speed Potion[]
At 290 xp a potion you'll have to brew 658 extreme speed potions to reach lvl 78.
If you gather the flowers (33 xp each Magmatius Wrath), you’ll need 591 extreme speed potions.

Levels 78 - 80 Extreme Power Potion[]
At 310 xp a potion you'll have to brew 509 extreme power potions to reach lvl 80.
If you gather the flowers (24 xp each Noilednad and 33 xp each Magmatius Wrath), you’ll need 430 extreme power potions.
