Nature runes are runes used for transmutation spells such as Low and High Alchemy and Superheat Item.
Nature runes are the product of using Rune essence on the Nature altar located on top of Karamja island's volcano, requiring level 41 Runecrafting to produce. They may also be obtained from killing certain NPC's, pickpocketing wizards, Rune stalls, and Rune stores.

The Nature altar in Osrs and Rs3 is located in a different spot than in Minescape being directly south-east of Tai Bwo Wannai Village.
