Quests/Crafting a Backpack

This quest is currently the only way to obtain a Backpack. Currently only one backpack can be obtained per person, and they cannot be sold on the Grand Exchange, therefore it is impossible to hold more than one at a time. Overall the difficulty of the quest depends on your combat level. It is recommended to load up on the best potions you can obtain to fight the Demons, and should take around 30 minutes if you have the materials prepared.

Walkthrough[]

Talk to Duke Dawkin in the Grand Exchange to start the quest
Kill 10 Demons
1. Demons can be found on the bottom floor of the Stronghold of Security in Barbarian Village
2. Alternatively, take the ship to Karamja from Port Sarim
  - Go to the side of the volcano that faces the docks you just came on, and a little above halfway up (next to the flowing lava going down the side) is an alcove opening in the side of the mountain. Climb down the ladder into the volcano (-1476 / 102 / 330).
  - Bring food and potions for the fight. Demons have 1040 health points and hit hard
Bring the Ashes from the demons back to Duke Dawkin
He will ask you to bring him 18x Mithril bar, 5x Gold bar, 2x Oak log, and 5x Feathers
Duke Dawkin will say he needs a bit of time to craft the Backpack. Leave the area for a while until you receive a notification that your Backpack is completed. This might take a few minutes.
