Either buy these in advance before starting Prince Ali Rescue, or complete that quest before this one.

Walkthrough[]
To save yourself a lot of running around, gather the required items prior to starting the quest.
Goblin mail can be obtained from killing both goblins and goblin chiefs.
The dyes can be purchased from Aggie the Witch in Draynor Village for 20gp each.
Combine yellow and red dye together, then use the orange dye on the goblin mail.
Also use the blue dye on a different goblin mail.
With your orange, blue and regular goblin mail, head to the Goblin Village to begin the quest.
Speak to the goblin generals (-1135 / 60 / -700) in the Goblin Village and they will ask you for orange armour, then blue, then regular.
After giving them each of the 3 different armours, they will thank you for your assistance and the quest is complete.
