The Wizard Tower is home to many Wizards of Minescape. It is located west of Lumbridge Swamp and south of Draynor Village.
Ground Floor[]
Many Level 15 Wizards can be found outside and within the ground level of the Wizard Tower. A useful spot for gathering Runes by killing and Thieving the wizards.
Texius can be found outside at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the entrance of the tower. Texius is a Quest NPC within The Haunted Library quest.
Professor Onglewipcan be found right inside the entrance, he must be talked to during a certain Anagram clue within Hard and Master Clue scrolls.
Located in the center of the ground floor, is the Wizard Tower beacon. This beacon is unique, when standing above it you will be levitated, with some skill and timing you can jump off while levitating, allowing you to reach the upper levels of the tower.
Off to the side of the beacon, you will find the ladder leading down into the basement.
Basement[]
Sedridor resides down here in his bedroom, he is a Quest NPC within the Rune Mysteries quest, and can also teleport you to the Rune essence mine.
At the back of the basement, is a Prayer alter where you can recharge your Prayer points. Next to this alter lies the Ghost's skull, a quest item within The Restless Ghost quest.
Second Floor[]
Peculiar wizard Traiborn is the only NPC on this floor, he is a Quest NPC within the Demon Slayer quest.
Third Floor[]
The third floor can be difficult to reach, but is empty and does not contain anything notable.
Fourth Floor[]
Wizard Mizgog, a Quest NPC within the Imp Catcher quest is located here.
Wizard Grayzag, he doesn't seem to have any use currently.
Fifth/Top Floor[]
The top floor contains no NPC's, but is filled with many bookcases and two desks.
